Sam's Plumbing uses a flat rate system, meaning, each task performed has a specific rate for service. Our rates our carefully calculated based on our businesses financial report. Flat rates are subject to change yearly.  Flat rate pricing allows us to be transparent when discussing pricing with customers and minimizes surprise costs for services. Contact us for a quote!

Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services. Although we pride ourselves on being available for customer emergencies, emergency services ARE considered after hours calls and will incur an additional fee because of this. Give us a call and we will dispatch a plumber to your location as soon as possible. 

Yes, We offer a 1 year warranty on our workmanship and Sam's Plumbing supplied materials, in most cases.

Manufacturer warranties may also be included with installation of specific parts (i.e. Moen/Delta faucets, sump pumps, water heaters, etc.). Your servicing plumber will be able to inform you of this during their visit.
